Late last night Twitter was a rather lonely place. The constant stream of updates suddenly stopped. While the overall site remained functional, updates were not being pushed out making any conversation impossible. Anyone Tweeting really was just talking to themselves. Search was impacted as well which given the issue at the time that really doesn’t seem odd at all. There still has been no official word from Twitter Status.
